HSE Manager (Marine)
Responsibilities:
• Lead, expand and develop the HSE Department in compliance with IMO requirements.
• Develop, train, monitor and coach all shore and sea staff to improve skill levels for managing HSE initiatives.
• Develop appropriate training plans with regards to health, safety and environment on a regular basis.
• Conduct, review and implement HSE audit initiatives for both shore and sea staff.
• Responsible for continuous improvements on quality, health, safety and environmental policies and systems.
Requirements:
• Minimum COC Class 1 (with command).
• Knowledge of ISM / ISPS, HSE regulations and requirements. Auditor’s certification on ISM / ISPS is an added advantage.
• Minimum sea going experience as Chief Officer or 2nd Engineer.
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in a related field, preferably in the oil & gas / Marine industry.
• Good communication skills (both Bahasa Malaysia and English).
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Willing to travel and work at irregular hours (as & when required).

Internal Audit Executive
Responsibilities:
• Planning the scope, procedures and developing audit programmes for audit engagements using risk based audit methodologies.
• Performing field work and submitting audit findings and appropriate recommendations.
• Presenting and reporting audit findings and suggesting appropriate audit recommendations to improve on existing internal controls, risk management and corporate governance processes.
• Undertaking special investigations, providing consultancy services and performing value-added assignments.
Requirements:
• Degree in accountancy or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in audit functions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia with a flair for report writing.
• Willing to travel.

Procurement Executive
Work Description
- To purchase approved materials in compliance to ASME standard for the construction of pressure vessels in meeting costing/budgetary and timely delivery.
- Sourcing of materials, evaluate pricing and supplier’s performance.
- Preparation of Purchase Order based on the Material Requisition
- Maintain and update Vendors Database
- Provide logistics/ shipping support, prepare custom clearance documents for tax exemption, AP application, monitor & ensure timely material deliveries
- Familiar with customs procedure & liaise with forwarder on the customs clearance.
- Handling of imports.
- Handling and apply for import permits with MITI
- Handling and apply duty exemption for with MIDA
- Handling and apply COA with SIRIM
- Handling, apply and coordinate with clients on the free issues items for the application of duty exemption as well as the imports.
- Submit statement (Penyata) to custom
- Handling SELO documentations for Procurement Division
- Assist in estimate / costing /prepare quotation for client.
- Involved in ASME/ISO/SELO Audition
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the similar capacity industry.
- Experience in the procurement methods,
- Able to coordinate with shipping agents and possess knowledge in custom clearance.
- Must be self-motivated and can work independently.
- Good analytical and influencing skill.
- Good team player with strong result orientation.
- Impeccable Integrity and Good Interpersonal skill.
