Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sourcing and recruitment of all sea staff for the Company's managed vessels.
• In charge of the logistics and administration of crews signing on and off vessels.
• Liaise with overseas manning agents on staff deployment and their welfare.
• Ensure crews' final accounts are properly verified and paid on signing off.
Requirements:
• Possess at least COC Mate Class 3 with experience as 2nd Officer onboard a commercial vessel.
• At least 2 years shore experience in crewing department.
• Good communication skills in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess initiative and strong work ethics.
• Able to lead and work well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of crew structure onboard different types of foreign trading vessels.
• Good working knowledge of IMO Convention requirements such as MLC, STCW, Visa and Immigration rules of various countries and different Flag state regulations related to certificate endorsement of seafarers.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
