- Assist in handling full spectrum of Human Resource functions, such as recruitment, Compensation and benefits, training and development, human resource information systems including leave and attendance records.
- General administrative support to the department and other clerical administration works, such as maintaining the stationeries and stock level.
- Handling Foreign Workers matters such as renewal of permit, insurance, and others.
- Experience in handling Payroll will be an added advantage.
- Supports the Departmental Heads on all HR-related matters such as performance appraisal, employee discipline, employee engagement activities, etc.
- Manage office administration matters.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records to ensure proper documentation arrangement.
Job requirement:
- Possess a Diploma of Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or accounting.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a HR Generalist preferably a candidate from the manufacturing sector will be added advantage.
- Well-versed in the Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act
- Familiar with office administrative works.
- Possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent interpersonal skills and with high personal integrity.
- Candidate must be willing to be based at Ijok, Selangor.
