•Degree in engineering at 5 least experience in oil & gas facilities/plants pre-commissioning and commissioning, preferable candidates with working experience in CPP and LQ and wellhead platform.
•Experience in design, construction, commissioning and start-up of major hydrocarbon processing plants.
•Have experience as commissioning coordinator for PCC projects, candidates with working experience in CPP and LQ will be a value added.
•Develop project commissioning strategy and arrange for approval for the same in consultation with asset holder and in accordance with contract requirements.
•Organize the commissioning team and arrange the manpower support.
•Develop and approve all start-up/testing and commissioning procedures and implement corporate procedure and standards for commissioning activities.
•Compile pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers and follow up clearance for all punch list items.
•Familiar and performed handover of the facilities to the ends users, client.
•Effective communication, interpersonal and leadership/influencing skills.
•Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
•Experience with project completion management systems such as win PCS, PIMS and etc will be of added advantage.
•Able to be based in Lumut, Perak
