Junior Executive (Recruitment)

Job Description

• To handle the whole recruitment process independently, which includes sourcing, screening, assessment,
• interviewing, reference check
• To Head Hunt for critical positions
• Participate in all Career Day, Exhibition and Conference.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Proactive, result-oriented and have solid record of success in related field.
• Good follow up skill and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of proficiency
• in verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
• Resourceful and able to work independently
• Working knowledge of the education arena is an added advantage.
• Able to multi-tasks and prioritise in order to meet deadlines within a fast paced environment.
• Pleasant personality and able to interact with people of all levels.
• Required skill(s): Compensation & Benefits, ER, Head Hunting, Interview & Sourcing.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English
• Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position/Fresh graduate
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants must willing to work in Cheras - Kuala Lumpur.
