HR & Admin Executive

Job description:

  • Assist in handling full spectrum of Human Resource functions, such as recruitment, Compensation and benefits, training and development, human resource information systems including leave and attendance records.
  • General administrative support to the department and other clerical administration works, such as maintaining the stationeries and stock level.
  • Handling Foreign Workers matters such as renewal of permit, insurance, and others.
  • Experience in handling Payroll will be an added advantage.
  • Supports the Departmental Heads on all HR-related matters such as performance appraisal, employee discipline, employee engagement activities, etc. 
  • Manage office administration matters.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records to ensure proper documentation arrangement.

Job requirement:

  • Possess a Diploma of Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or accounting.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a HR Generalist preferably a candidate from the manufacturing sector will be added advantage.
  • Well-versed in the Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act
  • Familiar with office administrative works.
  • Possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent interpersonal skills and with high personal integrity.
  • Candidate must be willing to be based at Ijok, Selangor.
