Requirement:
• Primarily responsible for the day to day operations ensuring that all vessel
records, certifications and documentations are kept up to-date and in
compliance with government legislation and Company policies/procedures.
• Assist in coordinating meetings and related work between the crew, HSE and
Operations personnel from time to time.
• At least 2 years shipboard experience as a deck officer with present minimum
ranking of 2nd Officer onboard cargo vessels but offshore support vessels are
preferred.
• Any superior qualification held by candidates would be an added advantage.
• ISM / ISPS knowledge.
• Minimum of Certificate of Competency of Class 3 Marine Deck Officer /
Diploma in Marine or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
