Responsibilities:
• Ensure that daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly schedules are met.
• Execute and control plan through close monitoring of project performance.
• Maintain and update current month weekly Production Schedule.
• Preparation of project schedules for tendering.
• Preparation & maintenance of detailed project schedules for live projects.
• Preparation of S-curves and updated schedules for incorporation in Client
Monthly Reports.
• Preparation of information for incorporation into internal reporting.
• Advising of any deviation from schedule.
• Running various scenarios during the works - eg. to optimise schedule to
price Variations.
• Preparation of standard template schedules for various activities.
• Preparation and updating a suite of norms for various types of work.
• Coach and develop subordinates.
• Catalyst handling
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree holder of any discipline
• 8~15 year experiences plant construction projects, with at least 3 years in
lead / Senior planner role.
• Experience & exposure in planning for projects above USD 10M, and experience
in EPCC / EPCIC industry is essential
• Catalyst handling experience is highly advantageous
• Team worker with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Estimated scope of work, man-hours and resources required,
• Good in operating Primavera software and MS Project.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Lumut, Perak.
